And these are from last Wednesday, an artsy 'playdate' with Mary and Grandmom creating. Good art won't match your sofa!

Mary was dressed for ballet class, as we were leaving from 'Grandmere's' to go to class. She is wearing her tap shoes. The upcoming recital should be a hoot, since all the girls seem to be twirling in different directions during the class. I do see progress, just hope they don't all freeze up on stage.

And on this day, Mary applied several tatoos to herself, and then started on a one girl path to destroy everything in her sight or reach. At least she held the scissors down at her side, as previously instructed...

We are getting some pretty good mileage from this $10 keyboard from CVS. It gets used much more than its pink n purple disney princess counterpart.

Color sense + leg warmers + beach sandals = crazy outfits

Crazy outfits. Sometimes we(that's the royal we, at the princess trainer) change our clothes many times per day. Lately, we have found her in different pajamas in the morning. Different than those she had on when she was put to bed. Jammies with socks AND leg warmers.

Prepping for the dance recital in May

Here is Mary modeling her 'Ao Yai' (traditional Vietnamese dress)., that was given to her by Monique.

And this is the costume that she will wear in the ballet recital. Her class will be doing one 'ballet' dance, and one tap dance routine... same costume, Her first 15 minutes of fame!

This past Monday, Mary had 2 of her 4 cavities filled. She was as she herself stated, BRAVE, and a real trooper!

Here are the during and after photos. Also a few of M. wearing an interesting pajama combo, which, incidentally, is not the same pajamas that she had on when we put her to bed! This is a new past time of hers, changing her pajama choice after lights out.Why, because she can!

Monique and I and two little princesses went visiting, a spontaneous neighborhood playdate took place!
Mary, aka jie jie, and Ava, aka mei mei (big sister and little sister, respectively) had a great time!
